  15.  @michaelogu7184  Absentee ballots sent to everyone in California. Illegal 'ballot box stuffing' has been replaced with legal 'ballot harvesting'. The envelopes have 2 holes in them so the vote can be seen without opening the envelop. In this way votes can be 'lost or misplaced' selectively.
