If it goes below 100% this creates the 'cascading effect'. A line will over load and cut outs blow, then a sub station then a town and all their substations and so on. To create this 18% of the energy production budget, by law, was spent on 'green energy'. Green energy produces 6% of the energy production. This green energy failed during a very high peak demand. It is just a little more complicated than our free and public press is telling you.

I heard on the news democrat riots were called 'peaceful protests' no matter how much destruction and stealing went on. Later I saw this change to 'mostly peaceful protests'. What the reporter says is not what I see.
