  2.  @allisonjames2923  Schedule a $35 court hearing asking that justification for the lien. No show ask for dismissal. If there is justification the lien remains in place if not dismissed. Long wait for a 5 minute hearing. Schedule another hearing to sue for loss, under $5,000 it costs $35 again. Show papers lost time for work, travel, lawyer, whatever. Now she has a lien on her. Not at all complicated just time consuming.
