The point is that the flight characteristics of the f-35 is much worse than the su-35. And the su-35 radar captures f-35 before. That is, su-35 starts firing on the f-35 when the f-35 does not even see the goal, even if it will be a mutual attack, the chances will shrink more than the su-35 with its maneuverability.
