Of course. And when the Oath Keepers and Proud Bpys leaders testify they'll say they FBI convinced them to do it.

@beefree5215 Nutjobs like you think the government is behind everything. It's not the government; it's that the country is full of crazy people like you. Did the government get the guy to plead guilty to four years in prison, like they got the Trump Jan. 6 thugs who said they were there for Trump to plead guilty? Conspiracy fools like you said the sex trafficking in Pizza Gate was being done in the restaurant's basement. The restaurant doesn't have a basement. How does that work exactly?

Quite a number of those charged have plead guilty to weapons possession, including Lonnie Coffman, who brought several guns and Molotov cocktails to the Capitol. Others have been charged with assaulting police with flagpoles and fire extinguishers. Look it up.

Yeah, those artificially low interest rates to keep the economy and the stock market going really helped things.

@Mark-db8id Not nearly as funny as Texas getting their overrated asses kicked in the SEC will be.

@Mark-db8id Yes, I thought I'd better since you're so stuck on the "clowns/comedy" thing. Now go cherish those four NCAA football national championships. Four. In history. Bwaaaaahaaha.

If the agents want to give their side of the story they're free, like any citizen, to giver sworn depositions under oath, and those depositions would be valid in any court in the country. They can also have their lawyers give the media copies of the depositions. Pretty simple, unless they don't want to be under oath.
1
@willcox4561 Wrong. A deposition is sworn testimony no matter what setting it's taken in. It goes on the public record as testimony under oath. Telling the media they're "willing to testify" doesn't mean shit because it obligates them legally in no way. As far as hearsay and edited evidence, you said yourself "IF the hearings were a court of law". They're not, just as the Watergate hearings weren't, so court rules don't strictly apply.
