Instead of saying they are "willing to testify", if they're so eager to dispute Hutchinson's comments, they are free to give sworn depositions under oath. They can distribute those depositions to the media if they want and answer any questions relating to what they said under oath. Their depositions would be valid legal documents in any court in the country.
