  4. The Federal Register says he declassified a binder of documents relating to Crossfire Hurricane. It doesn't mention any other documents. Declassified or not, he wasn't supposed to take documents to his house and keep them after he was out of office.

His own lawyers said there were classified documents at Mar a Lardo in an August court filing, and they refuse to go on the record saying he declassified any documents because they don't want to get caught in the middle of another Trump lie like his lawyer did in June.
