Anyone who steals classified documents.

@archieclement2977 Clinton never denied having the emails on her server, unlike Trump denying he had classified materials at his house, and the FBI ruled that she didn't delete them to avoid prosecution. At least they were deleted rather than being hard copies in folders left lying around an unsecured Florida resort.

@archieclement2977 Lmfao, and you know that how?
1
@archieclement2977 I've been in the world where the facts are. She said the Russians hacked into the Democratic National Committee computers, not hers.
1
@archieclement2977 Your problem is there was never any evidence that they did hack her computers.

@archieclement2977 Ask Comey bwaahahahaha.

Right, and if a special master hadn't been appointed Trump and his worshipers could have whined about it and he would have appealed endlessly. With a special master, he can't appeal and review and investigation will proceed.

How did the Democrats give us inflation? Open orders? Record number of arrests and detentions at the border last year. Crime rate? It spiraled under Trump.

McCabe is full of shit on this. The special master involvement will only cause a temporary delay. Any materials deemed Trump's personal stuff will be returned and the classified materials will remain as evidence. If the judge had ruled no special master, Trump would have appealed it endlessly, as he has a history of doing. After a brief delay, the document review and damage assessment will proceed, no doubt quicker than if Trump and his Keystone lawyers had been given the chance to tie up the case up in court forever.

It delays the review of the documents, smart guy. Once that and the damage assessment resume, the prosecution can continue.

@nicksomebody9532 You completely missed my point, genius. I'm referring to the review intelligence agencies are doing of the documents Trump stole , refused to return, and lied about having. I'm perfectly fine with a special master going through what the FBI seized. Once that's done, anything deemed Trump's personal property will be returned to him. The classified documents he had will still be evidence, and Trump won't be able to whine about unfair treatment because he got the special master he asked for. He also won't be able to appeal and tie the case up in court. That's what I mean. What do you think, the special master is going to say he had a right to classified documents, return them to him and let him go on his merry way?? They won't. Once this delaying tactic is done, the government review of the classified documents and the damage assessment will resume, and the prosecution will be back underway.

Try to keep up. In Trump's latest version of the events he admitted the FBI found classified documents; he had to because they were designated as classified. He said the DOJ should have KNOWN he had classified documents-- the ones he said he didnt have, then said he'd declassified. BTW, it's "declassified", not "declassed" and a "trader" is a person who exchanges one thing for another. Trump loves poorly educated people. Like you.

@simonpayne8252 You're talking to a bot that leaves the same comment to every reply, stupid. You can't see that? Teh raid was certainly unprecedented, because no president ever took classified materials and refused to return them. How was it weak?

How did Trump get Hunter's "laptop stuff"?
1
Every comment you post is dumber than the last.
1
How? any documents deemed personal will be returned, the classified documents will be retained, and the document review and damage assessment will continue. Do you actually think this means he gets to keep the classified documents and walk away free?
1
@richardholly7984 When a president's administration concludes, records go either to the National archives or to that president's library. No president is allowed to keep records, particularly classified records from government agencies. If you can prove different, provide a source besides from up your ass.

Did the Clintons traffic children as part of Pizzagate? If not, when and where? Pelosi was cleared of insider trading long ago.Is the Fauci Flu what Trump was treated for?
1
Why? They didn't illegally invade Trump's.
