All of these numbers are the result of projections of an economy of well in excess of 3 trillion a year 20 billion is neither here nor there.. the baggage that was trained by balls that was in turn the gofer for lurch and Blair is, quite simply , on this matter a porky pier.  This tiny conceptual shortfall is much less than the E and OE at the bottom of the bank of England projections, which she /it should know perfectly well when she was employed in the middle ranking capacity there. The real problem is the explosion in public debt, which will grow to over 270% of GDP if things continue as they are, which of course they will since Britain is a shit show of incompetent hopelessness, no growth de vast subsidy of huge numbers of proles and a complete sense of technologies that can compete on any sort of level with China, the United States, and the best of Europe. In other words, Britain is buggered. That is what you get after elocution lessons.
