  3. since 1945, England has elected, with one notable exception a series of unmitigated duds chancers and mediocrities. Now they have a liar, a worst sort of human being. and after what is clearly a dreadful developing catastrophe - Brexit. A thing engineered by the worst manipulators I have experienced during my quite long life. There seems no strategic thinking, no rational planning, decades of muddled failure. And SO much poverty, and where not poverty, then often very poor quality lives. How do the people there tolerate this chaos???
