  1. Too much short term view . One thousand million Africans and a similar number of Arabs will try to flee desertifying regions south of Europe, and will seek to move north toEurope. Now the numbers are a million or two. Any ideas on how to interdict, divert, or whatsoever two billion, and that is going to happen over the next three decades or so? People need water to survive. There will be no water south of and east of Europe, and southern Europe will become a desert. Bibby will be doing good business!!!
