This procedure will discourage the super-radical re-ordering of how we live on Earth; to include reduction in our numbers by billions, removal of the capacity to destroy flora and fauna for gain, and the replacement of militarised violent societies with gentle co-operative states and groups who cease to seek theft by a thousand ways mostly 'legal', to accumulate inappropriate personal wealth.It will not work. It is hubristic. Thus, worse nemesis will follow.
