The NHS model is a Soviet style disfunctional nonsense that is cheap, not cheerful, and a model that by design kills many that a better more rational and civilised system can and does save and treat..  In  other words it kills. Many people. All the time. By design.  Labour will NEVER change that model. Ever. Come what may.
