  3. Britain has been a non-viable independent state since 1940. In every sense, non-viable. The only question is - do you ally with a local confederation of similarly individually-non-viable states, or do you ally with a massive, obviously - viable superpower that is so far to the West as to be entirely geopolitically detached from you, and whose immense power and wealth offers no certainty of protection, but a certainty of heavy-handed domination? The choice you do NOT have, despite the ravings of that creature Farage so many of you are in thrall to, is to ally with nobody at all. The way you are going now, you will become a rather nasty dependency of India. The worst of all possible outcomes.
