  2.  @Matt-cz6ti  The financialisation of real estate there that made a new bank asset class that mimics bonds happened because of two things: Banks offering you grotesque lending on real estate that drove up the price after the credulous customers gleefully borrowed the money. IT took two to tango. IF the real estate debt was so modest, WHY else do you recall you had a liquidity problem!?????? You all massively over borrowed. Rates embarrassed you. And this fantasy world in Britian shows you all learned nothing from it.

  4. Her options could include: 1 die 2 decompose 3 be bagged up as compost. 4 Be used to lag lofts to enhance insulation. 5 be a component of bird food. All far more useful than her current purpose.
