Well this is quite odd. The worst of the nationalist right lied wholesale about the realities of Brexit, and the consequences have and will be progressively experienced, the collapsing British Union's disadvantage. Right-wing thinking still has to catch up with, and recover from, the reaction - understandable reaction - against National Socialist slaughter and war, but farting around pretending that there is any such thing as 'sovereignty' Brexit style in the modern integrated global world that is not in reality a nasty impoverishing and self-destructive form of isolationism and absurd xenophobia and petty jingoism is an illusion. As Madame May correctly referred to in the non-debate concerning the blond fantasist's ridiculous failure of a treaty with the masterful, and entirely successful Frau von der Leyen, who walked all over the fat blond vegetable and won every point of substance. Odd that the left obsesses these days about victim groups and every sub group of 'communities' but it is transient and will evaporate like the morning dew. Garbage putrefies and disappears. Quickly. @ThePolicenaut I do not live in your dreadfully manipulated nightmare of a country, I am well aware you are lied to, your population is manipulated, your Home Office manages your media and has immense power your citizenry does not have any awareness of, and your racial/cultural fault lines are se extreme that the only policy of containment that your rotten governmental entities can entertain is manipulative denial and displacement by attacking the victims rather than the increasingly powerful perpetrators.
