  4. In the US Trump is the populist choice, here in Europe every country is being taken over by populist parties except here in the UK. Lee Anderson speaks for the vast majority of the people and we clearly see there is no party who speaks for populists because of the 2 party system and the tories falling even further because of suspending Anderson. In the manufacture of an electric car more emissions and greenhouse gases are produced than a diesel car that runs every day for 30 years. Sheer idiocy. We cannot produce the electricity for all these cars as gas and oil are already producing65% of our electricity. EVs are not the answer and never will be

  15.  @stevec6427  so we will never be able to produce enough electricity to keep EVs on the road, we will never be able to move goods from factories to warehouses to supermarkets and to homes without doubling the number of HGvs on the road which is in itself ridiculous and unsustainable and we will never be able to produce the number of batteries to build enough EVs as we would be vulnerable to blackmail by China and any other place who controls rare minerals required. Yet you believe there is no place for hydrogen for some very strange reason. My profession means I’m fully aware of the massive issues around EVs and Hydrogen is the only sensible alternative to fossil fuels as green energy is beyond parody and it would have us all living in caves and foraging ….

Energy security required so we should be fracking, we should be subsidising blast furnaces and making our own steel for ships, tanks, trains, railway lines etc. we should drill oil and gas so we can have our own cheaper energy, we need the home office scrapping and a real border force, we need the civil service reforming and the House of Lords, we need VaT scrapping on certain things that will grow the economy.   24. People forget that it was Andrew Bridgen who got the ball rolling on the way The Post Office shafted it’s postmasters for years with the Horizon system which was ripping them off. Many thousands were prosecuted, some jailed, some given huge fines, some committed suicide, many lost their homes. Bridgen succeeded in getting courts to overturn judgements and got compensation sorted. This is still an ongoing issue close to being resolved. This was going on from 2016 right up to 2022, how much savings do you think I had. It was the tories who changed the law so that home owners could not claim housing benefit so paying a mortgage bill of £800 per month for 6 years plus utility bills. The system looks after those who haven’t contributed or arrives illegally and craps on people who have done the right thing all their lives

Centre right journalists ridiculed Trump and if Trump was still in power you wouldn’t have seen. 1) China taking liberties with Taiwan 2) Ukraine wouldn’t have happened 3) the rise of Iran wouldn’t have happened because Trump ripped up the Paris Accords. 4) the Abraham Accords would have been ratified. 5) Afghanistan retreat and the rise of the Taliban wouldn’t have happened.
