  1. The idiocy of uncontrolled migration (last year net 625,000) and we only build 150,000 new homes we have a massive deficit, but this has gone on for years. So we then see massive rent rises due to supply and demand. We also see housing stock bought up by landlords which increases house prices. Banks paid zero interest for years which meant savings moved into property to see a return. Then on top of this we have illegal migrants using hotels and B&B accommodation. Council housing goes to non UK people
