We have over 100 years of shale gas which means tapping into that instead of virtue signalling and we Wouldn’t need to import gas By having our own gas in storage we can have cheap gas at home and actually sell it at premium prices abroad. Surrounding areas of shale could have free gas supply that would help with levelling up as it could be a £2k saving to Northern families. That would entice people up north at a stroke
