  1. 15% of the UK population is BAME yet every TV advert shows mixed race families usually black man blonde white wife with mixed race kids. There is obviously now 25% BAME at the BBC and most broadcasters now clearly show a bias towards BAME. Any visitor to the country would quickly get the feeling that maybe half the population is black. BBC only advertise jobs for BAME, whites need not apply
