  1. Maybe if the 16% of overseas prisoners had been deported we would save close to £1 billion per year. 16% fewer prisoners would mean no new prisons required. We have murderers, rapists, kidnappers, bank robbers, drug dealers who should not have been allowed into the country and thousands upon thousands that should have been deported.
