The BBC should have checked her suitability before inviting her. If the BBC actually did journalism they should have already done a full investigation about potential candidates before making any approaches. This means trillions in extra revenue for Russia, and even if Germany buy no more gas and oil, China will buy it. Putin spent over 2 years building $200 billion dollars to ride out sanctions.
