I think on the USA front we should remember that The “Duchess” took sides in the recent election and refused to meet Trump, this is a huge no no so was damaged back then. Rump had 74m votes and remember what she did, so the reality is that the US will be split along party lines as in the UK

Our legacy broadcast media have done everything they could to support the SNP and problems and scandals are never covered North of the border. However the reality has been and will continue to be a vote to keep the union. I start from a base of simple maths..... many more people voted to leave the EU in Scotland than voted for the SNP. Then factor in the intelligence of the Scots who will realise the sheer madness of a border, tariffs with its biggest market, the number of big businesses who leave, the way the EU is performing. Irrespective if what media pundits say, its not correct, its not a done deal and within weeks Sturgeons government will be in revolt
