Being from the UK my history maybe lacking. After 9/11 the Department for Homeland Security was born to ensure 9/11 type events could never happen again? Why then have the USA opened their borders to millions of people enter the country and millions of them have no ID and therefore the USA has no idea who these mainly young men of fighting age are.
