I believe our human civilisation will adjust the orbital resonance of asteroids within decades, the orbital resonance of moons within centuries, and the orbital resonance of planets within millennia. Therefore I think SETI looking for exoplanets, which change orbital resonance and move unnaturally, is a much better approach than trying to catch alien communication signals.
