  1. If our universe is a hologram, is dark matter then the real matter, and instead of dark matter going through us, we are going through dark matter as holograms? (I know I don't understand the holographic principle and I will watch this video again to see if I grasp its definition on second viewing, this question is just to poke for more information)

  2.  @SabineHossenfelder  I have watched your video several times now and I want to check if I got the idea correct: The holographic principle basically means everything is hollow and the information is condensed on the surface, so lets say a hypothetical intelligent dark matter being would be able to peer inside of a planet by sticking its dark matter head into the planet; it would then just see a hollow shell, but when we dig into the planet, we would just increase its surface. Did I get it right or is my thinking still wrong? If I am right, then I think the name "holographic principle" is yet another very confusing name astronomers came up with, "hollow body principle" would have been much better in my humble opinion... :-/
