  1.  @johndifrancisco3642  Tess is only transits I think... I think ESA"s Gaia space telescope can detect wobbles, not sure though... @Cool Worlds sorry, I missed that part, I need to see your videos earlier in the day with a sharper mind instead of always late in the evening here in Europe. I have done some citizen science exoplanet hunting myself and have come across a lot of graphs, where 2 dips are very similar, but couldn't verify it as an exoplanet, because there wasn't a 3rd dip... hence my worries for wishful-thinking...

  2. Uhm... how can a dust particle from the Oort cloud transiting the star's disc be separated from an exoplanet transiting the same star's disc from a single or even a dual transit? Three transits are really necessary then to confirm it is a planet and not an accidental encounter in my humble opinion... I'm a bit confused here. o_O
