  1. This topic makes me think of Robin Williams and Terry Pratchett, who were both diagnosed with dementia and both took their own lives. Terry Pratchett investigated assisted dying and even documented it publicly on television, and everyone who knew him were at peace with it. Robin Williams however made a rash decision and everyone who knew him are still distraught over this rash decision he made back then. Now I am wondering if it would have been different, when assisted dying would have been available for Robin Williams? Not only for him, but for everyone else too?
