This was fantastic, I wish there was a sequel! :)

Already seen Henry Segerman's video and left a comment there. :) Fantastic to see this explained in great detail and crossing my fingers for that part two. I really like the map projection. Instead of Antarctica, you can take your home location as the centre of the map and your homeland will then be the least distorted country on the map.

Wow, I had no idea Ford had cast that large of a shadow... Thank you for making and sharing this series, Extra History people, well done!

I am bothered by the rectangle boxes being cut off the wrong way somehow... The spiral was made over the surface of the boxes and I think the spiral should instead follow the diagonal of the box's interior (A^2 + B^2 +C^2 = D^2) and therefore should spiral inwards somewhere in the interior and not end up at the surface of the initial box.... hmmmm.... đ¤

@andrewkepert923 I have seen the latest Crescent Rolls one a couple of days ago, yes. :) Not sure if that's the edible cyclides one you mean though...?

If in a village half of the people die at the age of 10 years old and the other half dies at the age of 70, then the life expectancy of the village is 40, even though no one dies at the age 40. Therefore the age of 40 isn't necessarily a lethal age, when it is a life expectancy. It is just a deceptive average and tells you there was probably a lot of child death or a lot of young men and women dying in for example war. I just wanted to set this possible misunderstanding of life expectancy straight, if this would happen to be the case. I hope it wasn't offensive, it certainly wasn't my intention. Merry Christmas and best wishes for the new year. :)

@VeronicaExplains you are freaking awesome! And yeah, I wouldn't skip a relaunched C64 ad either... or a Commander X16 ad, which is actually more likely! I was worried about a barrage of VPN ads and other crap nobody really needs, but then again the same thing could be said about C64 and Cmdr X16, so it is difficult to place the border of what's acceptable and what isn't... and you have to make a living somehow and probably have a family to feed. :-\

Merry Christmas, Burkard and company! :)

@VeronicaExplains hmm, probably some filter, since I said to buy music from Bandcamp so musicians can eat, most likely raised a red flag. đOr I wasn't polite enough and should have added 'please', lol. Or YouTube really hates Bandcamp. Let's see how long this comment lasts! đ

My condolences and thank you for sharing this, I had been looking for this information myself and failed to find it.

@Mathologer you probably already know this with your German accent, but just in case: "Freek" is pronounced as "Frake" and rhymes with "Lake". Please don't mispronounce the Dutch name "Freek" as "Freak", this would be very wrong.

Sorry for sidetracking you from your monster-video with my heptagram question, the resulting heptagram videos were fascinating to say the least. :) Healthy new year wishes to you and the company you keep, Burkard!

I tried to search for F. J. M. Barning's first name in the Dutch language, but no result. :( Also tried Dutch common names like Frank, Frits, Fred, Ferdinand and see if I hit upon something, but still nothing... sorry.

@Mathologer probably YouTube using the carrot on a stick method on you... keep up the good work though, the Talmudic bankruptcy problem was fascinating!
