A DOCTOR OR NURSE CAN ONLY REPORT ABUSE OR NEGLECT OF CHILDREN OR SENIORS OR DISABLED INDIVIDUALS, ONLY TO SOCIAL SERVICES AND OR ADULT PROTECTION SERVICES! THE AFENCY IS THEN RESPONSABLE FOR BRINGING LAW ENFORCEMENT! OR if someone is hurt by a third party like shot stabbed or beat, they can call law enforcement, you choose weather to press charges or not. HIPPA protects all medical information shared! A fetus is not a human yet laws shouldn't apply to them its ridiculous!
