Where the Janitor, producer and CEO all agree on making the same thing and have 1 goal! Making clean energy and 0 waste productions! A 3rd incorruptible Labor party! For the working by the working!   7.  @CaliCaroline  That's where a 3rd party comes in! A working labor party would automatically take aim at free health care, because a CEO and Janitor have no differences in pay or health care! It's all the same! Once a Labor Party is created, changes like this will be implemented! It is a broad plan but the right one! It is because there is no democarcy in a work place or corperation, that Oxicoton gets made more and distributed more than Insulin!

  9.  @CaliCaroline  There are companies that do this! Where the CEO or Founder seen there employees working two jobs, they step up and make a democratic workplaces! They implemented there income so everyone makes the same! In Spain alot of Companies are like this! It actually helps the companies production! When everyone has a seat at the table and are equal no matter the job title it can make a different world! Being a wage slave has demoralized society's! Over 250 years of being robot's, now being literally replaced by robots! Henry Ford is a great example of how shutting down democarcy in a work place can be successful!
