or Iran, Venezuela, Libya or many many others

@qwerty-vp1sb because there's several million Palestinians in refugee camps in Lebanon & more elsewhere that have been waiting since 1948 to be allowed back home. This is Israeli policy, they want all the Palestinians gone.

8:21 the transition from content to advertising was abrupt & shocking, probably because the content appeared to end mid-paragraph.

@Darebear691 your original comment has been deleted so later comments make no sense.

The 2-state solution was imposed by the UN in 1947, it caused an immediate intensification of the conflict. What was needed from 1920 onwards was murderers & thieves to be jailed with life sentences. How this situation is resolved after letting it fester for a century I have no idea.
12
off topic but correct
10
True but the overfishing in Somali waters is foreign factory ships taking advantage of the lack of naval enforcement (hence the "pirates" attempting that enforcement).
8
it's explained in the pinned post.
5
Very useful, thank you.

3:49 "distrust" of Iran is mostly because of USA & Israel, without those 2 actors the relationships would be completely different.
4
there is only open sea between Palestine & Cyprus (390km).
4
@Zaydan Alfariz Venezuela
3
Guyana is in South America, the CIA's playground, they're going to go through hell.
3
On Venezuela you have missed the biggest reason for people to leave -- interference from the USA by sanctioning all oil movements, by interfering in elections, by a global propaganda campaign & possibly by sabotaging oil infrastructure.
3
A large group of Arabian leaders made a statement in the UN yesterday.
3
don't be daft, it's in the CIA's playground.
3
Norway hasn't got a clue how to fend off the CIA because they're in Europe not South America
2
"terrorism" is also a completely worn out word.
2
South America is the CIA's playground.
2
...which implies CIA involvement which is never good for a country
2
It is wonderful that your country is doing it's duty both morally & legally, however, this can't last because your country is likely to be among the worst affected by climate change & rising sea levels driving both those refugees & your own population out to be refugees elsewhere :'-(
2
3:04 you have cut off citations from what appear to be news stories, making it harder for us to verify your claim.
2
All true but take one step back & you find another actor which makes sense of all of this – Israel, the country constructed by Britain & USA to keep the Middle East destabilized & increase Western weapons sales & maintain control over the oil.
2
says who?
1
Israel & its influence in various governments (& media) is the problem, not any specific Western politician. #VoteWisely.
1
You seem to have missed Israel -- just this morning they're blowing up Latakia airport in Syria in support of ISIS & the weapons used are mostly US & UK ones. Any sanction against this will be vetoed at the UN Security Council by USA & UK
1
apparently the CIA already has a heavy presence
1
which is why you shouldn't trust your own government when they quote it.
1
Palestinians entering foreign countries are not refugees, they're effectively immigrants because Israel will not allow them to return.
1
Steve Bannon has toured the EU in recent years, there is now mass hysteria about refugees & immigrants to anywhere in the EU. There are limited exceptions like Ukraine.
1
@shanwyn almost - the 1979 revolution was a genuine people's revolution aimed at overthrowing Shah Pahlavi but it lacked strong leadership & Ayatollah Khomeini (who had been domiciled in Paris) stepped into the power-vacuum after the revolution succeeded.
1
@melindacadarette3447 are you talking about Shah Pahlavi who ruled after the BP/CIA coup overthrew Prime Minister Mosaddegh's democratic government in 1953?
1
please explain
1
was that CIA meddling again?
1
@sirsurnamethefirstofhisnam7986 Venezuela is battling the CIA, they were doing fairly well under Chavez, Maduro isn't so strong. (Guaidó is the CIA's puppet).
1
also witness Libya, Iran & Venezuela. Iran had the temerity to ask for payment for the oil BP was taking out so the CIA staged a coup & when that failed Israel & USA began a bombing campaign & when that didn't work bullied the world into embargoing them. 1953 till now. Venezuela the oil is nationalized so CIA destabilization & coup attempts & bombing production facilities plus again the world bullied into an embargo. Libya had the temerity to use oil wealth to institute UniversalBasicIncome, healthcare & housing so USA & France blew the whole country up.
1
@billtwok6864 please at least try to keep up, you've had more than a century to work out the genocidal zionist statements from the very beginning, especially when enacted, are in fact genocidal & that this is a crime against the whole of humanity.
1
what?
1
@johnmarkson1990 I didn't see the comment you deleted here though related comments suggest you were fully justified but... on the general theme of deletions can you tell us the rules please? Or get alphabet to make a discussion post about deletions because on this side of the screen it makes no sense & it's getting really annoying, I expect they've lost customers to it.
1
0:51 what does "azwezir" mean?
1
@gnostic2459 almost, Hamas is completely local to Palestine, it was constructed from several militant groups (including the one you name) in order to destabilize the PLO. Constructed by Israel.
1
it's not so tiny that a could throw a rock from one side to the other.
1
@georgecarr9561 part-recovered British colonial "democracy" not CIA "democracy"
1
if your country read out statements from each of those million people in the UN I'm sure more action would be taken
1

1
Art Man right now 3 Bitcoins is worth $3,103,938.36
1
@jwolternova1051 the core of the issue is that Israel wants all non-Zionists dead or out of the country. The only reason they've been going slowly is they've had to justify every offence to Britain, USA, Germany & others.
1
How is this going to relate to Yemen & its battle with Israel (& Israel's puppets)?
1
@DavidJBradshaw that "opportunity" for peace wasn't real & the Palestinians knew it. Since the 1850s when it began & certainly since the 1897 Conference when it gelled into a distinct organization the Zionist project has been single-mindedly aimed at Palestine being an ethnically Jewish-only state. (Quite what "ethnically Jewish-only" means given that Palestinians are of the same original stock & that Jews have been touring the world for 2,000 years is open to debate).
1
it's extremely difficult to read past all the propaganda but I strongly suspect Iran is actually a generally stabilizing influence in the region though that has been severely damaged by the USA murdering their chief strategist (the drone strike was world news) & Israel murdering several other key figures.
