Tel Aviv was built in the sand dunes nearby when the Z10s got themselves kicked out of town, it has now grown to completely surround Jaffa. Interestingly, Jaffa is in the ayalet of Gaza.

The UK has very active Human Rights lawyers who strongly oppose extradition to states known for torture such as Israel (the first reason Mrs Theresa May campaigns against Human Rights) but if anyone is bundled off without the required Court case not much can be done.
