In the same vein I would like to see the King exercise some of his rights, particularly his right to depose or appoint Ministers. I believe he also has the right to depose or appoint the entire governing Party to Government, I would dearly love the leaders of every Party elected to the Commons to be in the Cabinet.

There is a miniscule possibility of a WWII mine drifting into it & detonating it from the bottom, launching the entire cargo into the air & making a second detonation midair & if that happened yes, a "gas" bomb with similar effect to a small thermonuclear device. All the wind turbines round there would fall over.

  235. I've just been reading around & nobody who actually knows what they're talking about is worrying. It's all newspaper scare stories. Apparently the ship has been to Tromsø a few days ago (in the city) seeking shelter from an Arctic storm & it was inspected because of a crack sustained in the storm. The cargo is properly stowed & all the correct procedures are being carried out, the Norwegian & Swedish authorities say "any danger is minimal". It has been cleared to go through the Skagerrak (Danish Straits) provided it's accompanied by a tug & it's cleared to undergo repairs in Lithuania but it must offload it's cargo first (the repair yard is in a city & the extra risk of doing the work is too much). The current situation is that it's around 15 miles off Margate waiting for refueling then it will continue on its way to the Canary Islands. It has a tug accompanying it. Its Maltese authorities are still figuring out what to do & are considering offloading to smaller vessels though it's unclear whether this would be off Margate or while it's under way.

On any given topic the vast majority don't attend because they don't have relevant experience, debates are held with relevant numbers of voices, all of whom have valuable contributions to make (apart from some Commons appointees).
