  3. 2:19 the plans for this particular "forever war" were laid in the 1850s, boots started arriving on the ground in 1881 & it became a "hot war" some time around 1916 to 1920 when various European powers, particularly Britain, involved themselves. USA doesn't seem to have involved itself till nearly a century after it started, involved itself by being the first State to "recognize" the State declared by the terrorist groups Haganah, Lehi & Irgun and then continued by funding & protecting the ongoing terrorism ever since.

There is also another famous archive whose name escapes me at the moment. Both were interested in documenting facts not propagandizing.

  12. There is no "ostrich politics" in Arabia, the constraint they're working with is what happens if they step outside Official Channels, particularly what awaits outside the UN. Most of the Middle East was created by Britain & France in the 1920s, their position is fragile & they know it, most of the countries have suffered regime changes or even border changes at the hands of Britain, France & USA, they don't want it to happen again. Syria, Iraq & Libya were destroyed at the request of ísrael, NATO even broke its charter to attack Libya.
