@Christobanistan "Maybe, but that doesn't make the application of that law just." how can applying our written laws not be just? do you know how our "just"ice system works? we the people elect representatives in the legislative branch. those folks pass laws on our behalf. the executive branch is sworn to uphold the laws that the legislative branch passes. how can enforcing a law passed by our representatives in the legislative branch be "un-just"? you may not like all of our laws, but that doesn't make the enforcement of those laws "unjust".. good grief.. at that point, why don't you simply call the laws "racist" and move along...

@Christobanistan if the group went there with the intent of engaging in criminal activity... I'm sorry... the old "I didn't think it would go that far" defense is fairly worthless. in your stupid little church group situation, YES... IF all the children knew beforehand, they would be engaging in criminal activity, say an assault.... but one of them goes further and kills the guy, all responsible... any members of this church group who had no prior knowledge of any planned criminal activity are simply not involved. you honestly don't understand the group conspiracy to commit crime in this situation, do you? if you knowingly conspire to commit crime as a group, you are part of any AND ALL crime that evolves while in the act of committing agreed to crime! take the bank robber case... all involved knew and agreed to participate in criminal activity. therefore, they are ALL accountable for how far it goes.... wise up.
