Obviously in Federal Court by a Federal Judge..... not the Supreme Court." do you know which branch of our government employs these federal judges and courts? do you know what the highest "federal court" is???

  5.  @darkeyezs  the supreme court ruled that abortion is not a constitutional right, and that the states have authority of restriction laws. from what I have heard, the law does not restrict medical emergency abortion. aren't the courts already rather lenient of doctors when they are in an emergency situations, fighting to save someone's life anyway? anyway, I never understood the religious cult that is the abortion extremists... and I'm pro-choice. always have been. but I absolutely think abortion should be limited and regulated, and that the states should be the ones to do this. you have to be an extremist to have an issue with this... hell, owning a firearm IS a constitutional right, but most sane rational people agree that that right should be limited, restricted and regulated... for some reason, when it comes to abortion, extremists go berserk when anyone mentions any type of limitation or restriction! it's kind of nuts....
