I suggested there wasn't any presented, certainly not in any court of law. if you are aware of evidence of sexual abuse, where did you see it? and can we not do this without adolescent insults?

Everyone knows the political motivation behind it. Even Bragg’s campaign promise was to go after Trump regarding the “hush money.”" seems to be the case... I keep asking anyone to tell me what evidence they have seen, and all they do is attack me. I understand the difference between criminal and civil court, and the differing burdens of proof, but if there was never, ever any evidence of any kind presented anywhere, then how the hell is someone found liable?? even civilly?? it makes no sense! it almost looks like they were just out to get this guy!!! (almost..)

They were telling their firsthand account" you seem confused, I'll try to help. when you say "a witness saying that their friend told them something..." what "witness" are you referring to? witness wĭt′nĭs noun 1- One who can give a firsthand account of something seen, heard, or experienced. 2 - One who is called on to testify before a court. 3 - One who is called on to be present at a transaction in order to attest to what takes place. this "witness" that are referring to is NOT telling a first-hand account of something seen, heard or experienced, but merely telling of a story that someone else told them. that is called hearsay, not witness testimony. the "witness" that you are referring to didn't actually witness anything, just heard some stories about something that maybe night have happened.... your statement "They weren't testifying that they saw the act happen, only that she talked with them about it afterwards." is a perfectly accurate description of hearsay, NOT witness testimony. two VERY different things... this person didn't witness ANYTHING!
