  30.  @coniccinoc  true, but ramming a person, even in another car, with a 2,800lb car is assault with a deadly weapon. when the police have someone pulled over, and they have to jump out of the way because the driver flees, that charge is always added. personally, if I were in that car I would feel that my life was being threatened..
