@carolinusTG "Yes, that's why Canada has about 200 gun deaths a year across the whole country and america has 38,000. See how that works?" why don't you think these laws worked in this particular case?

isn't this against the law in canada?

@carolinusTG why do you think the laws didnt work in this case?

@carolinusTG "he decided his actions were worth the punishment, what do you want? Are either of us political scientists to be discussing that, or just civilians trying not be statistics? Less of a chance in Canada then america, that's undebatable." I appreciate the conversation... we may actually get somewhere here. he decided his actions were worth the punishment, I agree. the same reason americans violate these laws, correct? but your argument seems to be that a much smaller percentage of canadians make this choice compared to americans, yes? which then begs the question, why is that? want to take a crack at that?

@harrybriscoe7948 "Trying hard to pretend that making guns illegal will not reduce gun crimes" our government does not have the authority to make guns "illegal". you don't understand our government, and bill of rights.
1
@carolinusTG "you mean access and numbers? Like, somehow limiting the number of guns might impact the number of gun deaths?" not where I was going, but... you are another one that doesn't understand our government and bill of rights.

@carolinusTG here, let me ask you this TG, do you believe that guns kill people? do you believe that inanimate pieces of hardware are capable of "violence"?
1
@carolinusTG "guns do in fact kill people." ok, well instead of laughing, why not try to help? do you not care? not all guns kill... so how do you think we can distinguish between the guns that will in fact kill people, and the guns that will never kill people? do you honestly not care? or will you share your idea as to how we can identify the killer guns?

@carolinusTG "not really, no one cares, you should see some of the other responses I've triggered here. No one cares about dead americans, you're cash cows, go buy a gun, you are not safe, and no one intends to change anything in an attempt to protect you, they want you to go buy more guns." but I do care!! that's why Im begging you for help!! how can we tell which guns are going to kill people? and which ones won't? is there any possible way that you are aware of to determine which guns will kill people? or not? please help if you can...

@barryallen871 exactly barry... so why do dullards lobby for more laws when the ones we have don't work?
1
@harrybriscoe7948 our government does not have the authority to make guns "illegal". you don't understand our government, and bill of rights.

@myfavoritebigbootylatina6980 "almost 340mil population" where did you get this number from? far more than 340 in the us today...

@barryallen871 "Does any law stop 100% of crime?? Just wondering. By your logic we should have no laws at all, unless they stop a crime completely. LMAO!! We should get rid of laws against murder because people still commit murder!" glad you took the bait barry, because my point is that the solution for dullards to stop "gun violence" (whatever that is) is to pass more laws that won't stop "gun violence"... wouldn't you agree that pushing for more and more laws that won't stop these crimes is insanity? if the ones on the books don't work, how could the solution be more of them??? thanks for helping to illustrate my point.
