@ now, there is a field of study called economics... one of it's basic concepts is what is called a "supply/demand" curve. it basically exemplifies that increased demand of a commodity creates scarcity, which drives up the value/cost of said commodity. what do you think this influx of folks does to the cost of housing? food? and everything else you consume??? get it???
