@danajohnson4480 you cant even explain what trump was convicted of... the lawfare failed HUGELY!
21
"It's called protecting your family from a dictator." are you still running with this stuff?? you lost the house... the senate... the white house... the electoral college... and the popular vote... and this is what you are going to double down on?? 🤦♂
10
@danajohnson4480 "At least he's not a convicted felon." because he was found unfit to stand trial.... sad.
9
@AeroMetalRush they were charged with crimes. hence the pardons.
7
money spent and testing that took place in china
7
@danajohnson4480 "To save the American people from more gomer/jordan clown shows." that's how americans feel about the lawfare of the last few years... and that's why you lost the house..... the senate... the white house... the electoral college... AND the popular vote... joe's out, trump is in.... good job.
6
@willpenn2797 it's getting ridiculous....
5
@le4089 "He did his job and honored our country traditions." what he did to trump to try to keep him out of office in not an american tradition..
5
@Chris-w3m6i "Factually incorrect" well it's what the reporting special counsel said.. take it up with him.
4
not many... that's why you lost the house... the senate... the white house... the electoral college... and the popular vote...
3
@ahapka incorrect. this case that you are citing does not address pardoning PEOPLE! quote the document if you think Im wrong!
3
you cant even explain what felony he was convicted of.. google, why cant I say this?
3
what "trump's evil"? can you describe it?
2
why did you vote for harris?
2
@CityBoyNYC I would, but it's all been deleted....
2
hopefully the courts will look at it. the president has no power to pardon people......
1
@ReeCooks14579 "In the U.S. the president’s power to grant pardons, including preemptive ones, is enshrined in the Constitution (Article II, Section 2)" if that were true, you would be able to actually quote article 2 section 2 as stating such a thing. but you cannot.... go ahead!!! try!
1
@ReeCooks14579 the word preemptive is NOT there.................. nice try.
1
@ReeCooks14579 “The President… shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.” EXACTLY!!!! reprieves and pardons FOR OFFENSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THERE ARE NO OFFENSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! B O O O M !!!!!!!!!!!!
1
@ReeCooks14579 "You’re right it does not explicitly mention preemptive pardons(it uses reprieves)" reprieves of WHAT???
1
@ReeCooks14579 you guys are really stretching things here....... the only time any president has issued a pardon pre-indictment was a special case made for a former president of the us because it was felt that prosecuting a president would be detrimental to the general welfare of the country.. of course you folks have destroyed that precedent as well... so there's that................
1
@ReeCooks14579 "The word ‘offenses’ doesn’t require a charge or conviction—only that the act constitutes a federal offense." so what act did these people participate in that constitutes a federal offense???????????? hmm?
1
@ReeCooks14579 what act that constitutes a federal crime was the "reprieve" issued for?
1
@ReeCooks14579 watching you folks trying to defend this is actually rather sad.....
1
@ReeCooks14579 "So, you’re admitting they committed no offenses." so far as we know today, no. hence no need for pardons, and exactly why they are not valid! "Are you suggesting Trump should still be able to prosecute them as he said he would?" absolutely not. trump is president, not a prosecutor. leave the investigations to the doj. "This was the reason for the preemptive pardons." what was the reason for the preemptive pardons? you know these people should be investigated? PS - why don't you try answering a question once in a while...? (rhetorical, you aren't going to answer ANY questions)
1
@ google??? now what???? good grief.. force me to do this sentence by sentence again......
1
@ "So, you’re admitting they committed no offenses." so far as we know today? no.
1
@ "Are you suggesting Trump should still be able to prosecute them as he said he would?" of course not! he is president! not a prosecutor! leave the investigations to the doj and congress.
1
@ "This was the reason for the preemptive pardons." what was the reason for the preemptive pardons that are not legitimate? please, explain the reason!
1
@ and why do you not answer any of my questions? you refuse to answer questions, and then respond with questions. this is a common tactic to try to control the conversation, yes? one of your "rules"? isn't it?
1
@ "Are you suggesting Trump should still be able to prosecute them as he said he would?" google? why will you not allow me to answer this question my friend has asked? why is suggesting that presidents should not be prosecuting people not allowed on your platform? prosecutors prosecute, not presidents... why cant I say these things on your platform?
1
@ I'll politely try once more.... what act that constitutes a federal crime was the "reprieve" issued for?
1
@ fine.... run away.
1
@CityBoyNYC evidence of what???? you cant even explain what felony they finally convicted him of........
1
@CityBoyNYC "What do you think would have happened if those goons had breached the inner sanctum of the Capitol before Mike and Nancy escaped?" are you referring to those goons who walked thru the rotunda staying between the little movie-theatre ropes..?? yea.. that was so frightening.....
1
@ what felony was trump convicted of... try to explain it. I dare ya!
1
@ 1-there was no insurrection. 2-trump pardoned offenses, which he has the authority to do per our constitution. where did brandon get the power to pardon people for unnamed offenses?
1
@ "1: There was no insurrection" well we agree on that one. "2: Pardons can be preemptive" where does the president get the power to pardon people of unspecified offenses?
1
@CityBoyNYC "Fauci will be remembered as an American hero that saved millions." save millions? can you please explain...? what did he do that saved millions?
1
they don't exist... brandon made them up.
1
I think he left himself out...
1
not per the US Constitution it isn't..
1
@danajohnson4480 the lawfare didnt work. trump is in the white house... you lost the house.. the senate.. the white house.. the electoral college... and the popular vote... and this is all you can double down on??
1
@danajohnson4480 you're much like a drowning man clinging to a stone..
