They built couple of miles of it and it was a fence and Mexico didnt pay for it...." again, the dem party faught all construction as hard as they could, making ANY progress difficult... thanks dems.. despite this, as you stated, much was constructed, and yes, he did renegotiate trade deals with mexico, which generated more money from mexico, and helped pay for the wall construction. wise up.
