@Knight-Bishop so all the reporting out there about budget cuts are false??? got it.... if you say so, it must be truer than all the reports I can find, but hey, if you say so, it must be true, so how to I argue with that! you will tell me that any research I do is "fake"... you win! the counsel never cut funding, although there are many reports out there that contradict that. but only YOU "know" the "truth"! ok
