  47. how many times do we have to go over this...? jordan was a member of congress when subpoenaed. google speech and debate clause. hunter is a civilian, just like peter navarrow and steve bannon were. keep in mind that hunter was subpoenaed for a deposition, not a hearing. jordan was found in contempt. and then was referred to the congressional ethics committee. civilians, on the other hand, like peter navarrow and steve bannon are referred to the doj for criminal prosecution and prosecuted. one legal remedy for members of congress. another for civilians.
