Nothing underhanded done, payments were not paid through shell companies to hide paying taxes and bribes, there were no Bank suspicious activity reports that were possibly related to fraud, money laundering or illegal activities.

@ correct, the constitution states that the president shall have the power to pardon "offenses committed against the united states". not "people" because "they maybe, might have, possibly committed "some crime""..... that power and authority does not exist.
