  4. They start with a faulty premise because they use fake names. The Arabs are not Palestinian, and did not originate on that land. That name was stolen by an Egyptian in the '60s. It does not legitimately apply to Arabs. And the land in question is Judeah and Samaria (Yudeah v'Shomron), not the west bank. If you call things by their genuine names, you see that only the Jews have a right to claim Judeah, and the Arabs are the occupying colonizers. If the UN were just, they would declare all Arab habitation in Yudeah and Samaria to be illegal.

  13. It's probable that if Israel divides itself into districts, Knesset members will be more responsible to the electorate, and more seats will shift to the larger parties. The first result would be good because there are lots of petty problems that plague Israeli citizens, like cops that don't give a damn about crime, lack of parking (so people park on the sidewalks), poor building inspection, and inefficient bureaucracies. The second would reduce representation of minority creeds, but might make it possible to form a government without a coalition. If it took the power of datim to dictate who is a Jew, who can pray, when we can shop and take buses, and how we marry, that would be wonderful.
