On of the things, reporting on the war has shown everyone, is how Israelis have adapted to the daily missile strikes from Hamas. I was in Kiryat Gat last year, and my tzeva adom phone app went off every day, usually a strike on Ashkelon, Sderot, or one of the kibutzim brutalized on Oct 7. I was in the Sufersal one day, everyone's phone went off, we all pulled them out and saw the strikes were in Ashkelon, and then went about their business as usual. When a strike is near, we all walk into our mamad, or go down to the communal shelter. It is so common, it is unremarkable. When Russia was shelling Ukrainian civilians, Israelis were surprised the world was so upset, as Israeli civilians have been putting up with missile attacks all their lives, from surrounding countries, and the enemy occupying Jewish land. Plus the occupying arabs also stage terror attacks on individuals in schools, restaurants, on busses, waiting at bus stops. There was another terror attack in Jerusalem yesterday. Two arabs got out of a car, near a bus stop, and opened fire on the people waiting for their bus. Many were wounded, three were killed. Did the US news even report this?
