  2. We are not officially at war with any nation at present. Therefore, Flynn couldn't commit treason. He might be considered guilty of sedition, but not treason.

  3.  @MattMajcan  So you think Truman was wrong, when he pardoned WWII draft dodgers and FDR, when he pardoned those convicted of breaking Prohibition? President Biden might pardon everyone convicted of drug charges for possession of cannabis. Don't take away that power from future presidents, just elect good ones. A tool is only as good as the person who wields it.
