  1.  @kurtschrieber8556  He's not charged with tax fraud, because Tish James is a city AG, not a federal attorney. He did give a much higher valuation for loans, and to make a Forbes list. Then he used a lower valuation for taxes. Ms. James has referred the case to federal attorneys, and he may be charged, by them, soon.
